I am honoured to share that I have been recognised as the 2026/27 Holistic Wellness Practitioner – Bedfordshire Winner at the London & South East England Prestige Awards.
This award reflects the work I have been privileged to do supporting people through Reiki, crystal and aura healing, intuitive guidance, and spiritual wellbeing. Helping others reconnect with themselves, navigate life’s challenges, and find a sense of balance and clarity has always been at the heart of my work.
Based at Level Up Beauty by Sonia in Bedford, I offer a range of holistic therapies in a calm and welcoming environment. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, each on their own unique journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth.
