A vision board is a collection of images or words representing things you would like to focus on. Choose a few themes that matter to you rather than filling the board with everything you might want.
You could include a creative project, a place you would like to visit or a routine you want to make time for. Use photographs, sketches or simple written phrases. Avoid adding someone else’s goal just because it looks impressive.
Beside each theme, note one practical action. A travel image might sit beside a plan to check costs. A creative project could be linked to setting aside time or finding the materials. The action gives you something to consider beyond the picture.
Review the board when your circumstances change. You can remove an image or adjust a goal. A vision board does not guarantee that an event will happen; it is a personal way to display priorities and remember the steps you have chosen.
